Responsibilities:

Assesses patients initial and ongoing nutritional status

Provides nutritional education to patients, caregivers, and staff.

Participates in interdisciplinary patient care meetings with appropriate documentation on individual care plans

Monitors nutritional status and makes recommendations for alteration of diet/supplements.

 

Experience and Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nutrition.

Completion of an approved dietetic internship.

Current ADA registration

Minimum of 1 year professional experience as RD in clinical nutrition.
